How do you start Quake 3 Rally?

Can someone please tell me how to start up Quake 3 Rally once it is installed into the main folder. I guess its something to do with the console, but buggered if I know how. Also if someone could tell me the best way to play online that would be great. Thanks.

erm, i feel sorry for you cause knowones answered your question yet.. i dont really understand the question. but if ypu've downloaded a game, right click on its icon and press play?
