An old country game we played when we were kids, but can be played at any age - in fact, it is more fun with teenagers and adults.
The game is called "Where Is the Ring?"
Have your guests stand or sit in a circle, very close to each other, and they should be "shuffled" so to speak, so that a husband and wife, or a couple living together, do not sit or stand next to each other. Then you stand in the middle and show them a ring. Tell them you will give this ring to someone from the circle after the lights have been turned off, they can pass it according to the rules. (Make sure someone helps you switch off the room's lights completely and wait for 30 seconds before they turn it back on - it should be real dark)
The rules:
*No one should hide the ring in their clothes - the ring must be in their hands all the time.
* The first one who takes the ring from you has the choice to pass it or keep it.
* All should keep their hands over the table (if sitting) or by their sides (if standing) when the lights are on.
* All should pass the ring under the table (if sitting) or from behind their backs (if standing) when the lights are off.
* No body should leave their positions
* Give the ring to some one during the blackout, immediately, that person is supposed to pass it to the one next to them - left or right- without showing any sign of movement - if they decide not to keep it.
* The new owner can choose to keep it or pass it on ..And the next on etc, for 30 seconds - until the lights are on.
* When the lights are on, the one who has the ring should stop from passing it, and pose "innocent" - all hands to be seen fisted either by the side or on top of the tables.
* You, as the one who will start the game, must look in the faces carefully and make three guesses where the ring is. If you succeed, the one who had the ring takes your place and you join the circle. If you do not succeed, the one who has the ring should show it and return it to you to start all over.
It is fun. Try it. Actually I have modified it to suit our city life. In the country, all sit in a circle on the floor and have blankets cover their legs and hands so nobody can see the progress of the ring even when the lights are on. You can play it like this too.

Spoons~ it truly is the way you play For a set of four- your going to get 3 spoons and lau it on a table First each receives 4 playing cards, then the guy who passes the 4 card out to anybody receives to start up, so in reality the starter will take one card at a time and examine out it, in the experience that they have got some type of card the is an same as between the 4 in there pile, they take it and they get a card from the pile of four and bypass it on to the subsequent man or woman. After tht they cycle keeps going the point of this sport is to get a set of 4s (all 4 playing cards must be an identical) and at the same time as someone receives a set, they p.c.. up a spoon , after the guy alternatives up the spoon, anybody else can, no matter if or not they do no longer have a set of 4s. After tht round is over, the subsequent starter stands proud because the single man or woman sitting next to you there'll continually be someone who would not get a spoon whoever would not get a spoon has to "get rid of a letter" so in case you probably did not get a spoon in a unmarried round. you should get rid of a s in spoons so after u spell spoons, ur out

I played this at a friends house and at first thought it was crazy. But I really had a great time. The hostess hid plastic eggs, like at Easter and each one of them had a slip of paper in them with questions, pass, doing something like bark or meow. Just about everything, stand on one leg, drink a shot of vodka. After all the eggs were found we sat around and each person had their turns. It was quite weird but fun too.
