I'm reading questions about how to get really nice , healthy skin, and many of the answers say to try Vitamin oil, such as Vitamin E oils etc. I know that you have to drink water and have a healthy diet, but I have hereditary bumps (not sure what its called, exima? (sp?)) on the backs of my arms and on my face (right at the lower jaw) they aren't really noticable, but they annoy me and I would like to have smooth skin, one skin tone (they are a little pink) ..lol So where can I get these oils, and what else can I do?

First of all, you should see a dermatologist to determine the cause of the problem. You can get vitamin oils at drug stores or homeopathic pharmacies - but you should check on what's wrong first. (By the way, if you can't find Vitamin E oil, buy the capsules, open them, and use the contents.)
