How to fix glasses that have the anti-reflective coat coming off of them?

You can't. that coating is dipped and then baked on(my friend works for a eye glass manufacturer). If you purchased a warranty or insurance on them, take them back and get the leses replaced.

TAKE THEM TO A STORE THAT SELLS GLASSES AND ASK THEM TO REPAIR THEM.
