Nice slacks, a dress shirt, tie, and nice shoes are customary for Homecoming... Tux for Prom.... He should get her a wrist corsage (sp?). I hated when I would get the pin corsages because I hated pinning them on my dress. Have him find out what color the girl's dress is so the colors compliment each other well for pictures... it is good to keep in mind for when he buys his outfit.

The boy should wear a jacket and yes he should bring the girl a corsage. Homecoming are getting very big and are almost as formal as prom. This allows the younger students the chance to a formal like there older peers.

A tuxedo, of course. Homecoming is the first formal dance of the year, so he should wear a very nice tuxedo. She will be wearing a formal dress, most likely, so he should look just as good as she does.

My son just went to his home coming for the first time. We bought him nice slacks and shirt and tie. I also made a mum which is something like a corsage but made out of ribbon representing the school colors. He told me that only some of the kids were dressed nicely. And we spent almost $400 on it all.

It's dress pants, dress shoes, button down shirt and tie. If he is picking the girl up at home then yes flowers, if meeting girl then no flowers.
It's prom that the boys wear tuxedos.

if ur son is older than 16 then he should wear a black tux with black formal pants and a nice dress shirt and tie. if he is younger than 16 then he should just wear the dress shirt a pair of formal pants and a tie. ya it would be nice if he gets flowers for the girl.

ITS A HOMECOMING DANCE, NOT A PROM, JUST DRESS CASUAL. AND IF HE IS PICKING UP THE GIRL, FLOWERS ARE FINE, BUT IF YOU ARE MEETING HER AT THE DANCE, DONT BRING FLOWERS, IT COULD EMBARASS HER OR HIM.
