Crinkly Bottom, Noel Edmund also owned part of Cricket St Thomas in Chard, Somerset for awhile which had Mr Blobby land, but this idea later fell through and he's now not associated with the animal park as far as I'm aware. Hope that helps!

Crinkly Bottom was the village, not sure about estate, maybe Crinkly Bottom House, but like I say not sure.

I think it was in the North west in the town of Morecambe and it was called after my 1st wife crinkly bottom.
