While he was planning to marry his current GF, trying to prove he loves her, he still exchanges 'I Love You's' to his ex. They kind of broke up, but still in sweet connections to each other. Then he married his current GF. Now came a time his wife knew of it and asked him about it, he said it meant nothing. Guys, does it really mean nothing when he said it to his ex? How true is he to his current GF that time? And why he married this woman? Any guys out there who have ever been like this?

Sounds like nothing he says means anything. I have an ex like this; left me to be with another woman, almost married her, now they're split up, he's with a couple of other women, but still comes around telling me how great I am, and how sorry he is that he broke up with me. Yeeah, right. I just ignore it, basically. He's a great guy, and tries to do the right thing, but the dysfunctionality is very deep-seated. I'm just thankful we're not together anymore.

He wants to have his cake and eat it too. He is not true to either woman. There are plenty of guys like that.. it's an old story. I'm sorry, whether you are the wife or the ex girlfriend... it's not right either way for him to toy with you.
