If your lower lip has changed color then you need to see a dermatologist to determine what is the cause. In the meantime you can buy lipstick which is close to the tone of your upper lip and apply to both lips. That should do the trick but please see the dermatoligist.

That’s the same as me! What you should do is in the shower gently exfoliate your upper and lower lip with a toothbrush. Also, make a sugar scrub (three tablespoons of white/brown sugar to one part virgin olive oil) and gently massage this on your lips for five minutes. Do this every day; you should see results within two weeks at the most :)

I'm an Asian with a bronze skin tone, and I have a very dark upperlip and a pink lowerlip. I don't know how it came about, but I just leave them the way they are. Nobody has still asked me about them, but I know they're very visible (stands out clearly) when I've just waxed my upperlip. I apply some chapstick or gloss right in the middle to focus on their 3-D shape and remove attention from their difference in colour. I guess, that works for me!

I would try a lip liner or keep lipstick on. For something a lil more permanet, I would get the permanent make-up. They will tatoo and color you desire on your lips, preferrably that natural color you are looking for. I had my eyebrows tatooed. It was very painful, but the outcome is very natural and it was worth every penny!

Find a dermatologist who can recommend someone who does permanent makeup - like tattooing, but for beauty. That person can even the color of your lips, and they don't fade. I had eyeliner done "permanently" fifteen years ago, and they are as fresh as if they were done today.

Lip stick or try sucking on it seriously the blood will rush to that area turning them a pinkish red color. it will also plump them up if done regularly.
