you need to stop looking at the negative side of things and try to make something positive out of all outcomes, this will help you have a greater outlook on life, example: if something does not go the way you want just think oh well something better or greater will happen. negativism will bring you down and life is to short for that...Like the saying goes , life throws you lemons make lemonade!!!!!
