I think its all in your state of mind, sweetheart. I'm 27 and I wake & bake. I'm a working professional with a full time job w/ benefits. I make more money than any 27-year old I know with no college education. And I wake-n-bake, every single day. I get my job done and well.

A friend of mine is 62 and she also wakes-n-bakes every single day, without fail.

It's totally up to you, if you feel you're too old, then consider just "baking" at night, instead of before work. If you really want to be "baked" during the day, try getting some "laced" treats for a morning snack, or try baking your own with special butter. Hope that helps!
