Get a horse costume and go as an "a s s"... Joke would be on James!
Wear some really ratty clothes, and use a blue makeup crayon to draw tracks on your arms... Go as a Junkie.
Get a priest's costume and go as the Exorcist.

you need to visit a party shop but it wont cost much and looks fairly silly
