Your resume is fair. I recommend you spend $100 to have it redone professionally online through resumeedge.com or some other site.
To be honest I would not hire you because you are a job hopper. Every year you get a new job. It is not worthwhile training you because the moment you are trained you leave (or got fired).
Find a company that you like in an industry that interests you and stick around longer than a year.

add something like. ( i would be an asset to your company/firm to help upscale your financial goals. also add things like, you are responsible, always on time, do the job to the best of your ability, flexible and that you get along well with people. you are able to unitize your potentials to the fullest. also add some references.
