Yes, you could get free webspace, but before that you might
to take the time to learn HTML and maybe some website
authoring software like FrontPage, Dreamweaver or PageMill.
Learn how to create the website pages first, and practice them,
until you get the design, layout and other things in the manner
you want them. Finding free webspace isn't that hard these days.
Your webpage should have a theme. If it is about you, it should be about your interests, likes, dislikes, friends, family,
school and/or work, and other stuff going on in your life.

yeah...freewebs is great. Try that! If you want your own domain name and stuff, then you have to be ready to pay the price...don't worry it is reasonable sometimes very cheap. Since you just want your own web page and not your own website then www.freewebs.com is perfect for you. Download Yahoo SiteBuilder which will help you to design your site (it is free) Good luck! Also, people would be able answer your questions better if you would have put proper details. Do that next time.

You could always start by getting on Myspace.com and testing the waters a little bit there. There are tons of things you can do with a myspace page that would allow you to learn different things about building your own page.

Plus, you have the added benefit of finding people online who could easily give you their opinions about different things on your page. And the best part, its free. All you really have to deal with is a bunch of pop ups.
