Obtain a reciprocating saw and split everything down the middle. Be sure to change the blade periodically to keep the wood from splintering.

There's no harm in calling a lawyer to see what your rights and responsibilites are in this situation. The first phone consultation is usually free, and might give you some perspective. Good luck.

it sounds like you are talking about small material things. things which really don't matter anyway. do you need the helmet or is it just because you don't want his new girlfriend to have it? cut your losses and walk away, get the loser out of your life as quick as possible. these things are replacable, your wasted time on him isnt.

Why would you want a helmet without a motorcycle? Seems like your just asking to "bother him".....
Do you really need that helmet?

When you give something as a gift, it is just that. You no longer have any control over it... You may have to get the sheriff to accompany you to get the rest of your things.

I'd cut my losses and set myself free from all that baggage. Take your blue jeans and leave. Don't stoop to his pettiness.
