Backstabbers, What is your method of exposing them?

My wife tells me I'm too bold for my own good. I being the person that I am cannot allow myself to smile in the faces to people who I know have done me wrong. Whether Friends, Family or Co-Workers I have no shame in telling someone up close and personal(non confrontational of course) that I know we're not on the same team, I know you are two faced or I know that you have undermind me for sometime . One thing I can't stand is someone who claims to be your friend, but at the drop of a dime will sell you out without thinking twice, and at the same time still try to befriend you.

My question to you good people is what are your methods of exposing backstabbers?, and Do you smile back at them knowing that they've done you wrong?

If someone hurt me because of something that they said or done, I always make it a point to pull them aside (alone) and ask them about it and also ask if we need to talk to get things clear and open. Most of the time, they are too hurt and/or ashamed and just say "No, everything is alright." I then smile and say Good, because I really like you as a friend.

Some people, of course, you will need to drop completely out of your life, but for most, you will have to leave room for "FORGIVENESS."

I am sure that you say things about people to your wife that you would hope would never ever get back to your family or friends. We all have.

Backstabbers or not, you have got to learn to get along with others whether you like them or not, esp co-workers and family. So learn to smile, learn to have small conversations, and learn to forgive.

They smile in your face all the time they wanna take your place!

TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION TO EXPOSE A BACKSTABBER I WOULD SAY SOMETHING TO THAT PERSON AND THEN WAIT AND ASK THE OTHER PERSON THEY TOLD IF WHAT I TOLD THE BACKSTABBER IS FROM THEIR MOUTH OR MINE.
