Nope, spot training is a myth. It doesn't happen. However, you could try to tone up the muscle from your middle with crunches and it'll make a difference in your appearance.

I think you mean how can you loose fat on your stomach without loosing it anywhere else, without surgery you can't, you can exercise that body part more to help tone it better but fat loss will be spread around your body in general, so weight loss and toning exercises are what you should do but there will be loss in fatty tissue in all areas of the body.

Hi in order for you to lose weight of your stomach you will have to lose some weight before you tone it up, thats if you have got what you call a podgy tum or beer belly. Sit ups wont work if you still have fat there. But i suppose you could try them but you will have to do alot to get the tummy you want,

You can try a "Tummy Tuck" a surgery where they take all the fat away from your tummy, tight the muscles together, then they stretch your skin to cut excess skin.
or less invasive "Reductive Massages" they're localized to your needs, they do work wonders.
I had a few sessions (total of 10 , 2 per week) after I had my baby, so you can imagine how my belly looked.... and believe me it worked.
So if it worked for me,,, imagine what it can do for you

You can't! Your body decided where weight goes from first. You can focus on your stomach in terms of training and exercise though.

By doing plenty of Sit Ups. Start with a few and work your way up.
Always do them correctly as 1 good one is better than 10 crap ones.

you can lose weight just on your stomach, trust me i have tried everything, crunches will help build muscle but if you still have fat on top of the muscle then the muscle will not be noticed! you need to do aerobic exercise to lose the fat as well as crunches
