My pc had an auto update, and now the toolbar and all my favorites are gone.

Unless you uninstalled the toolbar (go to control panel > add/remove program list to check that it is still there), it should be there.
Click on the 'view' menu in your browser. Go to toolbars, find the Yahoo toolbar and make sure it has a check mark next to it.
If you cannot find the toolbar in any of these places, you might have to re-download it.

On your toolbar click View>Toolbars>then click Yahoo! Toolbar. A check mark should appear next to it. It should be on then.

The same exact thing happened to me and I am still trying to figure it out. I'm kinda pissed off about it myself.
