One of your electrical components is getting to hot, it really could be anything, from wiring to your iginition, starter, voltage regulater, battery. Its very hard to diagnos electrical problems. You need to take to a either an auto part store or a auto repair shop and ask if they run a free diagnosis.....they will know what it means......and someone will do it for free, so don't pay for it. Get out your yellow pages and start calling around to several places. I would also get more than one diagnosis done by two different places, to be sure. I am a woman and I work on my own vehicles, the more you know, the less they can take you for. Hope this helps.

It could be the computer, The starter may be overheating or the Ignition control Module. Does it turn over when it doesn't start?, If it does, get someone to see if it's getting spark. if it is then get someone to check if it's getting fuel. Narrow down the possibilities. when you find out which of those 2 items it's not getting then you'll have a better idea. If it's not getting spark then it's the ICM or the computer, If it's not getting fuel then it's the fuel pump sticking , the fuel pump relay ,or once again the computer.
