I have a blend of accents. Mostly it seems to be a kind of Delmarva thing but I grew up in upstate NY and lived in Pennsylvania Dutch country for many years so I sometimes sound just a little "dutchified". I have been living in Alaska long enough now to have started to pick up some Northwestern rhythms in my speech.

We all do; it's just a matter of context.

My mom's from Michigan, my father was ninth-generation Floridian, and I grew up in Florida. My accent's a cross between Florida Cracker (a type of Southern) and Midwestern. My diction (word usage) is Southern, though I'll pick up words from other cultures--Yiddish, British, Jamaican, etc.
