Napoleon was a fanatic, and wanted France to dominate the world, Hitler was a crazy idiot who wanted to kill all Jews and take over any piece of territory for a world-wide Germany, and Bush, he just accuses countries of having/doing things they're not and he invades them for that reason, he also acts stupid so that people will trust him, because many people will lead to believe that if his stupid, he cannot be sly or cunning, and therefore they trust him.
