the quantity of caffeine isn't important in de caf espresso or de caf tea. except prescription meds that are diuretics any project with caffeine is a diuretic...this incorporates coke/Pepsi/Dr. Pepper/all power beverages, chocolate. Root beer isn't protected because it do not have caffeine. Alcohol is likewise a diuretic besides the very undeniable truth that it do not have caffeine, that is through action of the alcohol on the kidneys to make us ex create it and we visit the bathroom

The only "good" diuretic is natural ones. Like Ginger (Although caffeine is a diuretic). Caffeine is not a substance known to relax you. It is infact a stimulant that can have an opposite effect.

If you mean laxative, no. A diuretic makes the kidneys work harder. Lax atives have 2 basic types. One is high fiber to bind the wastes together, and one is a stimulants to increase peristalsis in the intestines. Since they work in different parts of the body, they're not interchangable.
