Go to the pharmacy and get a fertility monitor. You'll know exactly when you're ovulating.

go get a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler
This book will help you with all of your menstrual and conception questions. It’s for all women - not just women trying to conceive. It covers everything from temperature to mucus checking, etc.. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive – or not! It tells you how to figure out your cycle and what to expect. My husband and I tried for a year to conceive and nothing happened. The first month I used the book we conceived right away. Now I am due Feb 2. It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths!

I feel the best way to get pregnant is to not be focused on it too much. Stay happy & relaxed. Try and do things that would take your mind off conceiveng. Many women who try to concieve think about it too much & they get anxious & frustrated sometimes when they don't concieve. Have intercourse often (but only if you are in the mood!!!) and if after a couple of months if you haven't concieved, talk to your doc to see if there may be problems, or if they know a better way

The fastest way to get pregnant is having sex during your ovulation time. Your partner needs to release inside of you in order for the process to go right. Your ovulation time is 16 days before your period starts. Go to this website to figure out when you start ovulating. http://www.ovulation-calculator.com/

Know your cycle...

Go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will caculate when you will be fertile and ovulating.

(It is a free and very helpful website) It keeps track of your periods and will tell you when you will be fertile for like the next three months. Go to it cause it is great it has helped me so much.

Just relax and it will happen. When you stop trying or worrying about it that is when you will get pregnant. Cause it seems like when you are trying so hard to it dosen't happen but once you stop it will.

Good luck to you

Also try ovulation tests (if you want) to learn more about them go to this website http://www.peeonastick.com

If you are looking for a natural way to find out ovulation and concive try this:
Ovulation, look for:
-Sticky or booger like whitish discharge
-breast tenderness
-abdominal cramps or twinges(usually on one side)

Conciving:
-try positions that bring your body (pelvis, to chest) closer to the floor so your lower half is raised. Gravity is not your friend when it comes to conciving.
-Or if all else fails look at fertility treatments.
- Hope this is a little helpful
(ps) Try only having sex every other day and in the morning. That will give him a chance to load up and make sure they are all good swimmers. :)

Angela, to get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.
