I know I've read about it in magazines a thousand times but I forget...i think I might have lost a tampon up there...what do I do?

Yikes, never happened to me, but the thought scares me. Try to reach for it I guess and if you have no luck you better go see your gynecologist or a doctor.

Women only, come on, some guys have knowledge in this field too. Definetly go to the doc as soon as you can. it happens more then you think, it is best to get it out as soon as possible to prevent toxic shock syndrome, or even the beginnings of it. Docs see it more then you would think.

1. Try to reach it, but do not insert any object other than your fingers, after you wash them really well. If you push like when you go to the loo, it may help to bring it downwards.
2. Otherwise, go to a hospital or gynaecologist.

Get in a squatting position and bear down like your trying to urininate then try to locate it with your finger .If you can't then its best you do to your doc and be checked if its left there it will cause toxic shock syndrom

If you can't feel it a quick trip to your gyno or ER will let you know if that happened. More common than you might think.

go to the doctor. This might cause you to die. If this is impossible reach up there with your thumb and forefinger and try to grab it.

This is why tampax pearl's are the best. they're much harder to lose than a string, and much easier to pull out with your teeth :-D
