he has no rights when it comes to an unborn child, if a man doesn't want an unborn child they are called deadbeat dads , if a woman don't want it they get to kill it! Does this seem fair to you?

His first right would be to have a DNA test done to prove positive. If he is the bio then odds are eventually he would have rights as the father to see or not to see the child and end up paying child support either way. Kinda catch 22. If a woman says she can't get pregnant either walk away then or put a condom on. His entire situation would depend on a DNA test. Don't sweat it too much until the baby is born. Then seek the advice of an attourny.

he can have a test done to prove he is the father or not.
If he is ... pay child support.
If not ...run like hell smiling.
Either way he should walk away understanding some things from this , if you dont want a baby , dont have sex ! Best way not to worry about this issue at all.
Next he is is the father he can soon have rights of the father even he is does not want the baby right now.Feelings do change and he DOES have rights if he is the father. He will have to go to court to prove he is the father if she does not want him in the babies life. But either way HE should get the test done and make the courts aware ofthe choives BOTH parties have agreed too . if both parties ( mom and dad ) can not come to an agreement then the courts are the best way to deal with the issues.
Tell your friend next time to use his left or right hand its saver and this will not happen when he is alone.

I don't think there are any rights for men regarding unwanted pregnancy. I don't think the law would force a woman to have an abortion just because the men does not want that child. Only right he has is to be an absent father like most men.

None, really. Its her body and she decided on that part of it.
If he is REALLY serious about this, then I would say consult a lawyer and find out. I have heard of cases where the man does NOT want the girl to abort the baby and they fought for it in court....But that is a timely thing, an abortion, so he may not have enough time if she is already pregnant.
He can also find out about signing his rights over as the parent. If he completely relinqueshes that right to her, then she cant fight for child support, but he also can never see that kid-EVER.

In this case, he can pretty much only insist on giving up all his legal rights to the child, but he probably should consult an attorney to be certain of his obligations. He should not have taken her word for it if it was a one night stand. He should thank his lucky stars that he doesn't have an incurable STD as well.

Well, he should have used a condom whether or not she could get pregnant or not. What about STDs? he could have gotten that. He made his bed now he needs to sleep in it. Tell him to be a man and take care of the child that he made. After all it's not the childs fault that his daddy wasn't smart enough to wrap his tool.

I don't know the legal aspect of this question, But it takes two to make a baby, he should have a mature conversation with the mother and find out what she wants, If he's lucky they can come up with a solution together, If she decides to raise this baby then your friend is going to have to be there emotionally and finacially for this baby.and next time it doesn't matter what a girl says he needs to wear a condom to protect himself, besides condoms protect against STD's didn't he know that?

Men have no rights...there was a case recently where a male went to court to fight a child support case where the mother eihter couldnt have children or told the male she was on birth control. I do not know the outcome of this case (if it has ended), but I am sure he will not win.
