I moved from Western Pa to North Carolina 17 years ago. Big oops, but the job and pay were too good to leave. Since then my family had been established here though we are still "in it but not of it" culturally. My kids are outcasts as are their friends, but that's not so bad since there are a lot of "Yankee's" here.
I miss Western Pa but not the climate. Soon we will be traveling all over the country and this house will mearly become a pit stop between journeys. I've always yearned for "the old home place. It is unlikely that we will ever live there again.

Laying on a sun soaked beach in the Bahamas, sipping a frosty and tasty Bahama-Mama.
Sunning my buns and getting oiled by a cutie.
Chilling and enjoying the scenery.

That's where I'd rather be right NOW!

Anywhere on Holiday away from England, as I am a house wife and mum of two and I work part time, also my husband is in hospital at this time.

I wish that we all could be well, and on Holiday.
