A video on PBS of an African boy who looked to be around 12 years old being questioned by a soldier, who after a few minutes shot this kid through the body. The boy hardly reacted at first then fell down and no doubt died. It was awful.

Ummm it would have to be Three Extremes. Three different horror stored by three Asian directors. The first one "Dumplings" is about an actress who eats dumplings filled with aborted baby fetuses because it's supposed to make her look younger. I normally have a very, very high tolerance for sick and disturbing stuff in movies, but I never finished that one.

I was pretty shocked when i saw Nicholas Cage go flying through a windscreen in 'Adaptation', more shock factor than gore.
Have you seen a film called 'Old Boy', the whole thing is disturbing, especially the theme, it's sick in an interesting way.

There is a bunch of movies,I am not sure the name of them... maybe the faces of death??? They show real people getting mauled by animals and other atrocities that are really gross and disturbing to watch. A guy gets attacked by a crocodile or alligator and you see everything. I found it a bit too much, and had to turn my head.
