since anemia can be caused by a low iron count or other things and leads to less hemaglobin in ur blood or so i think
please explain it to me thanks

I am anaemic and when I have blood tests I get given a level for haemoglobin (iron levels) and also a ferritin level (body's capacity to store iron).....and both are usually low.

yes. You need a cbc with a differential
blood count is not indicative of iron level in blood.

no your hameglobin count should be about 120 if it falls depending how low it falls too you are classed as anemic that means your iron levels are low hameglobin measures how much iron you have in your body

I think they tend to move in tandem but probably one can be unacceptable while the other is barely acceptable.

Wal-Mart carries Rexall Gentle Iron which has worked well for me.

yes, hemoglobin and iron are two different things, ive only just started to learn this but hemoglobin, BASICALLY - is used to hold on to the o2, co2 or whatever goes into your lungs, or has to be moved out of your body. iron has little to do with that.

Yes that can be fine. They will prob prescribe some medications that will even it out or your body will regenerate the lost iron! But its perfectly fine.
