your waist you can trim down with side crunches and twists, but the rest is all genetics (or you could go for the ever-popular new butt-implant plastic surgery procedure!). The hips have to do with your skeletal structure....unless you grow some nice, big saddlebags....but, then again, there is no such thing as "nice saddlebags".

The hips thing, sorry girlie you are on your own. But for your butt hit the gym. Tone your butt with lunges use a 5lb dumb bell when you do them. Try 3 sets of 12. Also squats.... Grab that bar and load on the weight not more than you can handle of course. But do the squats they will tighten you muscles back their and in combo with the lunges give your backside a nice little lift. Which will in the long run make your butt appear bigger.

Genetics determines whether you have wide or narrow hips and a big or small butt. Only plastic surgery can make these bigger and wider, unless of course you gain weight -- you'll still have the same proportions though.

Doing ab exercizes is the best bet and fastest way to loose inches from the waist and have tone and definition. The most productive way to get a bigger butt is to do lunges and squats. Try out your local gym, they usually offer a free trial membership and a fitness consultant to help you.

if you want to lose inches off your waist, your best bet is to work those muscles. if you diet without excercising, then those inches will come back. so you have to diet AND excercise.

your butt is mainly fat, and you dont want to add too much fat to it. when you eat, you cant tell your body where to store the fat, so your best bet is to concentrate your excercises to your abs, and back off your butt, if you'll excuse the pun.

your hips, you will pretty much be stuck on because that's determined by bone structure. be happy with your thinner hips, because as people get older, they wish they could have thinner hips. you'll already have one up on them!

and finally, be careful not to compare yourself to others. set your goals for yourself to keep you healthy and fit, but don't be unrealistic. good luck!

Most things you do will either add to all of the mentioned areas or lose from all of the areas. Depends or your age. Maybe try some weight training.

Yogist is good for you. Try it. High heat yoga will lose pounds very fast.

its impossible to widen your hips. unless you mean put fat on them. Your hips will 'widen' on their own as you grow.
