I am looking for magazines that have horse saddles and other tack supplies in it. Magazines that are free or ones that you have to order.

I really like smith brothers, they have everything you could need for western riding especially barrel racing and ropingas well as general care and grooming items. They even have some clothing.

HI! I'm not sure what all you need, but I just bought an awesome saddle set complete with reins, bridle, bit, stirrup, pad, girth, the works- off of ebay for under $200.00. This was brand new merchandise-still in packages. Apparently, there are some vendors on there that buy out tack stores that are closing and buy discontinued merchandise and then auction it off. It was a great deal, top of the line saddle set! You may want to check it out, good luck!

Depending on what price range of saddles you're looking for, the higher priced great quality saddles by Beval. They probably have a website where you can call or request a cataloge, but their saddle start at $2,000.
