Who was Victor's father in the novel "Choke"?

It wasn't the foreskin of Jesus was it? For some reason, I think it was his mother. I read it a year or two ago and I am completely drawing a blank, it is driving me mad.

I remember that the mother was crazy and thought that it was Jesus, but it turned out it wasn't. I don't remember who it was though, if they ever figured it out. Sorry!
