If someone were to open a gay& Transgender day spa would you feel comfortable going. As I know most Transgenders dont frequent spas.

ID PROBABLY GIVE IT A TRY ATLEAST ONCE. IM NOT COMFORATABLE IN SITUATIONS WHERE SOMEONE MIGHT DISCOVER THAT IM TRANSSEXUAL AND TREAT ME LIKE IM SOME KINDA FREAK. SO A TRANS FRIENDLY SPA WOULD BE A WONDERFUL IDEA TO ME

I probably would go if there were any around. I haven't seen any from where I'm from but that doesn't mean that they don't exist.
I go to a day spa once in a while to relax and rejuvenate. Most of the female staff are aware I am gay but that doesn't have a bearing on anything. They are pretty cool about it.

Most spas cater to gay crowd with few straights that come in for action.

They are in existence already. Check under different pink page and fun book listings. Or check in Cities like LA, San Franciso, Miami or New York.
I'd go if I had the time and money.
