dress shirts will loose the color all along the elbows if dry cleaned,
have them laundered instead. saves $$$ too

While many tags will say that the article is machine washable, most of them look better being dry cleaned. You can send anything to be dry cleaned; it's easier on the fabric, so it lasts longer. However, it is expensive if you are sending to a shop. If you have the kits to do it at home, then clean whatever you want that way.
