I was looking for ways to keep my feet soft and silky, my friend suggested i put a couple of strawberries in my socks and then put them on and walk round in them and then let the juices from the crushed strawberries soak into my soles. Is she having me on or has anyone heard of this? Are the juices from crushed fruits good for the foot?

yeah its good for you the moisture is very good but you should have squashed them in a foot spa or something

Well...........I'm sure it smells good. The best one that I know of is Vasaline/lotion at night and put on a pair of WHITE socks. This prevents color bleeding on your skin. I know of this is because I am female and work in construction and it is really rough on my feet. This how I keep them soft for my man

You'd be better of eating the strawberries and using good lotions/oils/balms on your feet

i think your mate is a bit fruity if you ask me, although some of the others have pipped me to the answer, they will neveer eat my sense of humour.
