I use LimeWire to download videos, I love The 70's Show. How do I copy/burn these videos to a DVD? I have Nero, and I can watch the 70's show on Windows Media Player.I just need a step by step instruction on how to copy/burn these videos to a DVD?

DVD burner and appropriate software (i don't burn DVD's so I can't give you software recommendations)

You realize of course that it is illegal to copy movies and the like,but if you insist you will need at the least DVD Shrink you can find it through cnet.com or whatever and it is free.

dvd shrink will not work. reason being the downloads will not be in a what vob/dvd format.
i would advise getting something like winavi this will convert the files from mpeg,avi to dvd format, or if you goto http://www.videohelp.com this will show how to convert.
