Most of the time, you have to define those as conditions on the contract that you initially sign when you begin work. If you did not, there is no law that guarrantees a temporary worker the same wage priveleges (paid holidays) as a permanent worker.
Temporary workers are generally just paid per diem ( days of work).
Ask your Human resources person for the answer.

not generally. I worked part time for a while and was working 40 hours a week but because I was only hired on PT I didn't qualify for the pay...(there was a time limit 40 hrs/pw for 6 wks and then I would qualify) Temporary employees though I would go with, no way

It just depends on the agency. The one I used to work for didn't pay for that at all. But there are some out there that do, you just have to ask in the interview or when you call to make an appt..

It depends on your company's policies. Usually fringe benefits go to the permanent full time employees. They usually hire temps and part time employees to avoid the added expense. If you work through a temp agency, they might have benefits, too.

Usually not, that is why they are termend temporary. But then this could vary from business to business. Good question to ask before accepting employment

You should read through your employment contract which you should have signed when you first signed up with the agency.
