A strange thing about life in the Tomb is. The Skull&Bones gives privlege to Alumni. The mission statement from the beginning was to select the top 15 Freshmen. And the sons of previous Bonesmen.

The problems is best explained by Solomon. The curse of a wise man is that he son could be a fool, as easily as any one else.

George W is techenically a high functioning moron, with a IQ in the mid 80's He would have never been selected to join the Skull&Bones with that low intelegence level. But his Grandfather and father are Alumni.
