None that I've seen, or heard of apart from the obvious Lenny Henry, whom a lot find funny. There was one called Charlie Williams, he relied a lot on being black and having a northern accent, which was a novelty in itself at the time. Kenny Lynch was/is? another.
There is a big hole in the market, if you look at it that way. Probably worth a sociological academic thesis as to why that is, good thought provoking question.-or was it a joke?

Assume you mean British comedians. Can't see how anybody that is black can be English. If I was born of white parents in India would I be Indian. I think not.
