Depends on your usage type.

Tmobile has the most free whenever minutes. The least expensive plan of the big 4 companies.

Cingular has roll over minutes. Any unused minutes can be rolled over to the next month and good for up to 12 months. Cingular is more expensive than Tmobile.

I've had both and right now have Cingular. My contract expires in Dec. but I will renew it. I don't really know if one is better than the other so I will stay with what I have.

tmobile is the best i've had so far...

cingular is a really bad network, trust me--in big cities, dropped calls...in small towns, poor reception
