what is the cheapest place to live in eastern Europe?(in USD)

Wow, so many possibilities. As in the United states, the bigger the city, the higher the cost of living. There are many smaller cities 30-75,000 people that will have wonderful culture and reasonable COL. I would look at the following countries, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria. Like I said before the bigger the city the higher the cost, so Prague is probably not a good option. It is definately cheaper than most of the US, but you can get much more bang for your buck in Plzen or Olomouc in Czech Republic.

Romania or Bulgaria , both very cheap and beautiful countries. Poland is also up there in cheap world , too many to choose from.

you may try Romania too. there are lots of severe high quality places to work out, sorry, I meant surprising places to work out. you may bypass trekking interior the Carpathian Mountains (that are surprising interior the fall, while the timber are from darkish green to yellow); you may swim interior the Black Sea and revel interior the stunning coastline of Mamaia; you will see the properly-enjoyed Moldavian monasteries from the North of Romania or you may bypass to the main agitated city- Bucharest.
