Hi nice to chat to another Robbie fan (Anne here, Robs wife)
His mum lives in Holmes Chappell between Stoke and Manchester.
Robbie has a pent house flat at the Tower flats in Chelsea Harbour, so is often seen the the Conrad Hotel, Chelsea Harbour, London.
If you go to his websites, you might be able to meet up with other Robbie fans who will probably know how and where to meet him.
My sister and I had the pleasure of getting to know Robbie when he was with Take That, he hides behind his music and is very much insecure thats why he went off the rails with drinking and drugs.
He is a lovely guy with a really sensitive heart and loves his family dearly.
When Take That went to Rotterdam in their hey day I flew there with my sister and we managed to get locked in the club house at their hotel and the DJ put on Could it be magic, so my sister Karen and myself danced to it and were joined on the dance floor by Gary and Robbie, how fab was that.
After their concerts, they always used order a pot of tea and eat baked beans on toast, so nice to see the lads down to earth.
As you can tell I am a massive Take That fan, and still am after all these years. Hope some of my suggestions are of help to you.

It's easier to find Johnathon Wilkes so look for him and where Robbie is JohnnyTwat face is.He's like a spice girl he just won't go away!
