I wouldn't want them. My self-esteem is just fine.

I don't think everyone in the country are getting implants especially where I'm from, Cleveland, OH. Not that I'm against them but some people really take things to far. But if you are naturally an A cup and you are a grown women I don't see the problem but if you are a full B or C why bother. Hopefully what you are missing in the top you can make up for in the bottom ; ).

Get breast implants surgery in India. Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.
I have also read that they arrange financing for American and Canadian patients, as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
My cousin got a couple of cosmetic surgery procedures in India like the breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift through the forerunners healthcare. She is more than very happy with the results. She just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. I personally have seen the wonderful results and am particularly impressed with the kind of quality care she got from this company. I hope this helps.

Brest implants are good for some but very bad for others. For those that are Brest challenged it is defiantly a good thing because if they fix that it could help with there insecurities. For women that are taking it to an extreme... please, for the love of Pete, spare us the agony of looking at your extremely humongous boobs!
Now don't get me wrong. They must be in proportion for them to look good. Don't go bigger than your frame can handle or else you just look like Dolly Parton.

Sad isn't it, and when it comes down to it, it is really for the idealized believes of what a woman things is the perfect body, most males really are just happy to see a woman without clothes even if she isn't big chested. I am a woman and I feel like woman need to feel good about their own bodies, it is really about how we treat each other not boob size. I am actually big chested, but I feel strongly that even if I wasn't I would be happy with my body.

From a male perspective, I prefer natural. The implants look unnatural.

Now, will you answer my question too, please?

Be very, very careful...weigh up all pros and cons...and dont go to one surgeon, go to at least three before you decide...
I know things are better now, but not when I had mine done due to breast cancer in 89...They lasted ten days !!!.........choose wisely...and do, bring mum in on the weighing up of the pros and cons..(sometimes the one who loves you the most is the best person to help you make the right decision about your body)....
Good Luck whatever you decide.......

If everyone in the country jumped off a bridge....
Seriously, you should feel comfortable with yourself regardless of breast size. I know I prefer all natural "tatties" to huge fake ones.
