Call the police from the liberry payfone. If it's your home and you pay the rent/mortgage then you've got squatters!

Presuming it actually is your house and you're not fighting with someone else who lives there, I'd say call a locksmith. Unless your house is rented, in which case, call your landlord. More than likely, someone has changed it for a reason. Just ask whoever else has access to the house keys.
I do find it a little bit weird that the first thing you do when faced with a problem like this is run to the Internet.

Trying contacting your landlord to see what you owe on back rent. Now if its your spouse or significant other then you are in big trouble. And will probably have to go to court to get your stuff. You need to be calling someone and not on the PC. Use this time to make your necessary phone calls.

First of all do you own or rent this home ?
Is the home both of yours together and the both of you had a real heated discussion and then you left out ?
If this person does own this home it's right to do so. But still if there is personal belongings they need to give your possessions back to you. Refusing to do so you have to carry this matter to a small claims court.

Do did you not pay your rent? Roomate throw you out? No one changes the locks for the heck of it. You must of got in somewhere you are using your computer. I suggest you find another place to live since you can't get in your other one. I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just trying to figure out how this happened to you.

1.call a locksmith and get a duplicate key made and then
2.change the lock

So who is the someone - you must have an idea. Landlord?, upset partner/flatmate. You can sort it by confronting whatever the problem is that has caused this predicament
