I think you have to go to your local court or child care system and hand over your parental rights.
Its all legal work. contact your magistrate-they could probably transfer you to whoevers in charge of that.

inform social services of ur position and let them know that when the dreaded day comes that u want ur aunt to look after ur children my mother had cancer when i was 7 and she took steps to make sure me and my brother would b fine if the worst happend thankfully she is ok but she took the steps just incase and i beleve that is what she done

get u a lawyer/get u a will,and in there also state who your kids go to,i lost my dad to cancer over 8 years ago,this what he did,i went to my mom,i am now over 21, and my mom is doing this again with her will,it does work.but in the will why you are also doing it.and no body can change your will even after your gone.i hope the best for u,and your family.if wanna talk to some one has went threw this,and lived threw it,I'm am here,email or im me on yahoo.best wishes to u.

You need to discuss with a lawyer the process to make her their guardian.

it's a shame that someone who loves her children this much might not be around to see them grown. and i thank God that you have someone you TRUST with your children.
