I ordered some products from hifisoundconnection.com on Aug 20th. By Sept. 7th i still hadn't recieved them and I canceled the order and a week went by and my money still wasnt back in the bank. I started to call them everyday and ask about my money. Now they have blocked my phone number and wont return my emails. They have my money and the products. What can I do to get my money back or at least get thru to them

Here is their Better Business Bureau report. They don't have a good rating:

Depending on what kind of money we're talking about here, you can file a litigation suit against them, but I would try all communication options first. You can file a complaint with the BBB and you can also file a complaint with the attorney general. Sometimes, refunds can take some time especially with credit cards... a week does seem reasonable, though. According to the BBB report, they only have 5 employees, so it doesn't look like they're a really big organization. Their phone number is a toll-free number, try calling them from a pay phone. Write them a certified letter. You do have to maintain a level of professionalism if you're going to file suit, but do explain to them that unless they work with you, you will sue them. Good luck.
