Im trying to make a mailing list for the area of Woodbridge, VA ie for Current Residents but im having a problem figuring out the numbering system to the homes. IE Halifax Road states the houses are numbered from 1800-1807 & 1806-1999 now i know there are not that many houses on that street so what is the system that they use to number houses. Or if you have ideas of how i can make a mailing list I'd greatly appreciate it.

Try going to the Library and using the reverse directory or online; you can get name, address, and phone number. Here is an online directory http://www.strangepages.net/Reverse_Phone_Directory.html
