I find the best ones are the two tone ones, you know, the ones that have a green and a pale colour. The green instantly takes the redness of the blemish away and then you just apply the concealer.
Also, another good one is YSL Touche Eclat, it is absolute magic!!!

Estee Lauder concealer, which comes in a little navy blue tube. I laugh in the face of other concealers now that I've found this. Brilliant coverage and it stays put all day until the moment I take off my makeup at night and reveal all the blemishes I'd forgotten were there.

I'm 36 and still get spots, but two years ago, I started using mineral powder foundation, and it really works. It covers the spots up brilliantly, and because it is natural from the ground, it has a sort of healing agent in it, therefore, I find as long as I don't pick them, that my spots are going in half the time they used. Have a look at the following website, they have a wide range of colours to chose from and do sample pots for £1.75.

Gives you a flawless finish and covers spots, blemishes, freckles, etc.

So if you purchase a sample, make sure you get a colour and the finishing powder.

Seriously it really does work, and its much better for the skin that cream foundation. I can't put that stuff on my face anymore after use mineral powder.

Order today, and you should get it tomorrow or Saturday.

Go on, give it a go.

A makeup product Called Dermablend will hide anything from bruises to blemishes. It will stay on until it either wears off or you take it off with mineral oil or cold cream (I use Johnson's Baby Oil). You can get it at just about any major department store makeup counter and it comes in a variety of shades.

I like Covergirl's Invisible Concealer. They have different shades at some stores that you can pick which best hides the blemish according to it's color. But some stores only have the fair, medium and dark shades. See if any of those colors will suit you and if they don't look for the line of shades at different stores. Good luck!

Try supercover foundations - they are like concealers and are absolutely brilliant
application is Key:
Pat a bit of concealer over the spot then just smudge away the edges thus leaving the product over the area you want to cover the big mistake every body does is apply the product then rub it off...........
I hope this helps :-)

to hide blemishes the best you need to buy a concealer with a yellow tone [yellow hides red] then use a foundation over it to match the rest of your skin tone. and dont forget to powder. cinema secrets is a professional film makeup, its amazing. but hard to get hold of, so i agree with the above answer, benefit products are great.

I adore Clinique Air Brush Concealer in Medium...I have never ever had a concealer that does what that does. It is so light but still covers what is needed. It blends amazingly too. It's £15 a pop but it is definately worth it!

Actually the key to getting concealer to work better for you is to buy it in a shade lighter than you actual skin tone (depending on what you are trying to cover you can go a few shades lighter)
