Time and patience...the best thing you can do is to focus on your life and making it better. Don't worry about relationships or your past, just focus on you and what makes you happy and will benefit you and the future you want. If you do that the rest will take care of its self.

There is no fastest way to get over a broken heart. Time and patience is the key. Focus on what you really need to be doing and surround yourself with positive people in your life such as family and friends. Spoil yourself rotten as well and continue to love yourself. Remember: everything happens for a reason. Whatever situations that we go through in life that winds up getting our hearts broken, we learn from it. Look at it as a life learning experience and move on. That way, you won't repeat that same mistake. Good luck and your heart will heal. I promise.

Sorry, but there's just no fast way to do it. The only thing that heals a broken heart is time, but putting away mementos of the relationship and keeping yourself around friends and family helps to move the process along.

The easiest way for me was just occupying my time by being with my mom because she was my best and only friend at the time because of that relationship. But watching movies and just making me not think about anything helped, and sleeping a lot. Lol, so I guess mine aren't healthy but they worked for me. I was depressed before going into the relationship and coming out of it screwed me up even more so I didn't care for the healthy ways of getting over it I just wanted to be done with it.

Keep busy, hang out with friends, do something nice for yourself such as, get a new hair style, new hair color, nails done, buy new shoes ;o) And before you know it you'll be wondering why you even shed a tear for the one that broke your heart ;o)

destroy anything that belongs to him. and just keep yourself busy and dont think about him as much as possible.that is basically all you can do because everyone heals from a broken heart differently. So just give yourself time and dont get frustrated because you feel like you still love him because you might but you just need to give yourself time. You will be alright wiithin time.

Find another man, use him for the night, then you have to keep yourself busy to keep him off your mind. Try your best not to think about him.
