Yahoo has no phone support, they have chat based support and email support. Mostly email support now I think.
they have a phone number where you can call and check your email thru the phone.. other than that they will direct you to your ISP... several ISP's have deals with yahoo like ATT.. Yahoo will direct you to them even if its has nothing to do with your connection.
