Hiya! Me and my best friend are looking to get contact lenses, the ones that make your eyes go red, or have spirals, or cat eyes, etc.

Where would be the best place to get these??

Also, is it possible for me to wear these types of contact lenses even though I HAVE to wear glasses (can't wear contacts alone). If so, where would I get these??

Thanks very much for your help!! Greatly appreciated! ;-)

it's pretty cheap to get non-prescription contact lenses. My eye doctor has them, but you can get them online at:

http://www.eyescolored.com/catalog/index.php/cPath/26

They have all sorts of cool ones for the season.

I hope this helps!

I had glasses since I was eight, I had lenses from age 18 at 21 I got my eyes operated. All of it was hell. Socially and painful. Anyone without eye problems using glasses or lenses to be cool is missing common sense to me.
colored lenses behind glasses.... ridiculous
sorry man

I believe you still have to get it from a optometrist to get the prescription. You need the prescription not for correct vision, but there is curveture and things to consider. They have to make sure the contacts can fit in your eyes and not cause problems. Once you have the prescription, you can order anywhere like 1800contacts.com. So start by calling your local optometrist.

All the decorative contacts I have seen have been offered without any prescription strength. I know America's Best usually offers them.

Get them from somewhere like Lens Crafters...even if they are only cosmetic (no presription) they have to measure you eye, if you wear the wrong size you can have problems.

Try www.noveltycontactlenses.com

Also ask your optometrist. He/She should be able to tell you if you would be able to wear the lenses you are looking for.
