I have one door in my home that I have tried to seal all around but the crickets keep getting in somewhere. Luckily this is a mud room and they seem to like it there and don't go any further. Is there something that I can spray or maybe a powder substance that I can sprinkle along the threshold to kill them before they enter? I'm bugged.

Get some granular bait & do a perimeter application. NIBAN is the best bait & VERY effective.

You can use a residual pesticide around the whole door jam... that when the cricket passes over it - is absorbed and kills it.
Caution! If you have pets they may step on it as well as they come and go.

You can try baby powder, it works for ants and other insects without killing them.....it makes the surface to smooth for them to walk on, it is a good barrier to keep them outside...
